Serves as the client’s day to day contact for campaign implementation; manages communication, expectations, and deliverables.
Researcher & Strategist
Writer and Editor
Conducts audience, market, and competitive research; develops insights, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategy.
Crafts clear, compelling copy for campaigns, blogs, scripts, social content, and client deliverables; ensures accuracy, tone, and brand alignment for each respective account.

Content Creator
Produces multimedia assets including podcasts, reels, motion graphics, and short form video optimized for digital platforms.
Photographer
Videographer
Captures high-quality images for print ads, campaigns, special events, headshots, photo shoots, and branded storytelling.
Scripts, stages, lights, directs and records video content; edits and compiles footage to deliver polished final assets.

Graphic Designer
Designs visual assets, layouts, branding elements, and campaign materials across print and digital platforms for clients and for the internal Heelprint 542 team marketing and collateral materials.
Social Media Producer
Project Manager
Builds platform-specific content, manages posting and editorial calendars, and adapts creative content for various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Cross-functional team supporter who keeps workflows organized, coordinates team task lists, maintains timelines, troubleshoots, and ensures smooth, on-time delivery across projects and campaigns.
